I have practiced in the areas of limited liability companies and business law for over 50 years.  A major portion of my practice is dedicated to delivering to our client’s lender a legal opinion in connection with commercial loans commonly referred to as the Delaware Single Member LLC Opinion.  I am a member of the Delaware Bar Association’s Committee on Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships which is the drafting committee for Delaware’s LLC and LP Acts.
