On June 16, 2010, Steven Goldberg spoke at a seminar titled LLC or Inc.? Entity Selection for a Small to Medium Sized Business.The two hour presentation focused on the principle non tax differences between LLCs and corporations as well as the process to form or incorporate the entity.
