The Delaware LLC Tax is due on or before June 1, if each year. The payment must be received by the State by June 1 and not just postmarked. If you are a client of Delcorp.com you can log onto the website and pay your tax. If you are not a client of Delcorp.com, email Jane at delcorp@delcorp.com and they will set up an account for you where you can pay your tax online.
